“Mama called,”…and we’ve answered!
The NCC has dedicated a great deal of effort to raising funds and donations for disaster relief in Alabama. We are working very hard to bring you ways to give back to all of your family, friends, and the thousands of people you’ve never even met but desperately need your help. All funds raised by our Chapter for disaster relief will be donated to one of three charities:
University of Alabama Acts of Kindness Fund - http://www.ua.edu/tornadorelief/
Governor’s Emergency Relief Fund - http://www.servealabama.gov/
Red Cross (Earmarked for disaster relief) – http://www.redcross.org/
In Alabama alone: 29 confirmed tornadoes, 23,000 homes damaged or destroyed, and 238 casualties. We encourage everyone to take a moment and visit these charities to give what you can to help those who need it the most. We are also accepting donations direct to these charities. Please email our officers@DCBamaFans.com to find out how you can help us help Alabama!
